Client Onboarding

Sometimes it’s a difficult process, but really it shouldn’t be. The most important factor to realize is the risk tolerance of the client. This is what drives portfolio auto-suggestion by wealthbot.io.

Of course you can create as many portfolios as you’d like and assign a risk score to each one.

Here’s how it works

Each question and answer gets assigned a risk point after answering each question in the customizable onboarding process, your client will get a “risk score” based on the value of total points assigned to each of their answers (you have complete control of the entire questionnaire proces). Consequently each portfolio has an associated “risk score” and the closest match to the client’s score is what would ultimately get recommended. wealthbo.io allows you to review the final profolio wiht the client before the final sign off.. or, if you chose, the final agreement happens automatically.

As an example if you have 10 portfolios in your webo system representing the risk scores from 1-10, 11-20, 21-30, 31-40, 41-50, 51-60, 61-70, 71-80, 81-90, 91 - 100.. each client, who happens to fall within a certain range of these risk scores will get the appropriate portfolio recommended to them.

You can get as granular as you wish with each portfolio setup, for example in theory you could have a thousand portfolios covering a thousand different risk score variations… however, we are not sure how practical that would be in real life.
